Robert Adair - RPEQ
General Manager
Rob is a highly respected registered engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the Civil construction industry. Having worked on a diverse range of projects, Rob has the skills expertise and industry contacts to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
As General Manager, Rob’s strong leadership skills are used to oversee the delivery of all projects, tendering activities and manage business operations.
Rob’s extensive experience includes, major road and bridge projects, multistage residential, major land slip rehabilitation and large commercial development projects. Rob’s highly honed skills and innovative problem-solving techniques, enables him to deliver highly successful projects in challenging situations.

Craig Brodrick
Operations Manager
Craig has 30 years’ experience in building road infrastructure in both the private and public sectors. Project experience includes building roads, bridges, complex interchanges and large scale subdivisions.
With previous experience in managing large plant fleets and human resources Craig is ideally suited to the role of Operations Manager.

Yasmin Blogg
HSEQ & HR Manager
With over 15 years of experience, Yasmin is a dynamic and results-driven leader in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Human Resources. She brings deep expertise across Health and Safety Management, Change and Transformation, Business Improvement, Risk and Governance, Environmental Management and Delivery Integrity. Her career spans diverse industries, including mining, oil and gas, civil construction, retail, health and human services, and manufacturing.
At GRC Civil, Yasmin sets the strategic direction for HSEQ and HR, driving initiatives that enhance safety, compliance, and workforce engagement. She leads by example, providing coaching, guidance, and oversight to ensure systems are not only effective but embedded into everyday operations. Her leadership ensures a safe, accountable, and supportive working environment, empowering teams to perform at their best while delivering operational excellence.

Keegan Laverty - RPEQ
Senior Project Manager
Keegan has 10 years’ experience in various civil construction projects progressing from the project engineer role into project management. Being involved in these projects has established a thorough knowledge of construction standards, workplace health & safety and industry specifications.
Keegan’s experience includes both the public and private sectors including the successful delivery of major road construction, major slip rehabilitation, commercial development’s and various public transport infrastructure projects.

James Tait
Project Manager
A skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with over 5 years of experience in the civil construction industry, James has delivered successful outcomes for State and Local Governments, developers, private clients, and commercial builders. His expertise spans a wide range of road infrastructure projects, from major highways to complex intersections and landslide rehabilitation.
James specializes in quality assurance, subcontractor management, and project planning, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency. With a strong focus on collaboration and communication, he effectively coordinates diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. Nathan Corbett
Project Manager
Nathan is a degree-qualified Civil Construction Project Manager with over seven years of experience in delivering complex civil infrastructure projects on time and within budget, often in challenging environments.
He has a proven track record of success, having effectively managed projects for prominent clients such as the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR), Brisbane City Council, Logan City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council, and various major public and private organizations. Nathan’s expertise ensures high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction across all aspects of project delivery.

James Huurdeman
Project Engineer
James is a dedicated and detail oriented Site Engineer with three years of hands-on experience working on Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects. His expertise lies in managing the day-to-day operations of civil construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with strict quality and safety standards.
With a solid understanding of TMR specifications and guidelines, James excels in coordinating site activities, liaising with stakeholders, and solving complex on-site challenges. His ability to oversee multiple aspects of project delivery, from resource allocation to quality assurance, makes him an invaluable asset to any construction team.

Jared Napier
Project Engineer
Jared is a civil engineer with over 4 years’ experience in the civil construction industry in the role of estimator and project engineer completing complex tenders for both the public and private sector.
Jared has the ability to develop traffic staging and tender programs to achieve time and cost saving benefits for complex infrastructure projects. Jared has extensive knowledge of technical construction standards, drawings, and specifications for local and state governments.

Shaun Leo
Senior Civil Supervisor
With over 23 years of experience in the civil construction industry, including 18 years as a dedicated Civil Supervisor, Shaun has a proven track record in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects for various clients including State & Local Government Agencies, Developers, Private & Commercial Builders. His expertise spans road infrastructure, landslide stabilization, and major highway developments, making him a valuable asset in managing complex, high-stakes projects.
Shaun's foundation in quality assurance provides him with an in-depth understanding of the standards and precision required to build durable civil infrastructure. He holds a Diploma of Civil Engineering and qualifications in Traffic Management Implementation and Erosion & Sediment Control, equipping him with the technical and practical knowledge to oversee diverse project elements effectively.
Committed to safety, compliance, and efficiency, Shaun ensures seamless project execution by coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. His hands-on approach and ability to adapt to challenges make him a trusted leader in the civil construction industry.

Martyn Arcaba
Civil Supervisor
Marty is a skilled Civil Construction Supervisor with a decade of experience in the civil industry and a strong foundation as a carpenter by trade. Over the past two years, he has excelled in his supervisory role, specializing in structural construction and delivering high-quality outcomes on road infrastructure projects. Marty’s has completed projects for State and Local Governments, as well as projects for developers, private clients, and commercial builders.
He holds qualifications in Traffic Management Implementation, Erosion & Sediment Control Training, and both a Certificate IV in Civil Supervision and Building & Construction. These credentials, combined with his practical experience, enable Marty to manage complex projects efficiently while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Marty is a proactive leader dedicated to safety, quality, and productivity, consistently achieving project goals by effectively coordinating teams and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. His hands-on expertise and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to any civil construction project.

jesse smyth
Civil Supervisor
Jesse has over 13 years of experience in delivering extremely successful projects across a variety of civil infrastructure disciplines. Jesse’s communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a construction team is one of the keys to his success.
Jesse has been one of the pillars in the GRC team for the past 13 years and in that time has mentored many worker and leading hands. His ability to supervise and coordinate components of infrastructure projects both small and large has been proven time and time again.

Civil Supervisor
Luke has over 10 years of experience in delivering successful civil projects with a broad range including bridges, intersection upgrades, bus stops, road widening and bulk earthworks.
Luke has joined the GRC Civil team and is quickly demonstrating his ability to become a key member of the team.

Callum Fossey
Estimator
Callum is a contracts and quality administrator with over 4 years’ experience on construction projects varying in range up to $10 million. He has worked a variety of projects including intersection upgrades, culvert packages, pipelines, dams and mining infrastructure.
With a background in finance and accounting, a key skill of his is process management, which has transferred into skills such as quality assurance, cost controlling and commercial application.

Jake Murnane
HSE Advisor
Jake brings over seven years of hands-on experience across civil and road construction projects, with a strong practical understanding of site operations and risk management. With Four years dedicated specifically to Health, Safety and Environment, Jake manages day to day HSE requirements across projects for GRC Civil, ensuring compliance, consistency, and positive safety outcomes.
Having previously worked as an operator, leading hand, and HSE Advisor, Jake offers a well rounded, on site perspective that allows him to engage effectively with crews, anticipate risks, and implement practical safety solutions that work in real world construction environments.

Dan tombs
Surveyor
Dan began his career as a survey assistant with major cadastral and engineering survey firms while completing a Bachelor of Technology. Dan spent 24 years with Hutch Engineering Surveys, including 16 years as a Field Party Lead Surveyor, delivering complex engineering and construction projects across the region. Dan now works full time as a Surveyor with GRC Civil, bringing extensive practical knowledge and leadership to every project. He is a Certified Engineering Surveyor and a proud member of Surveyors Australia.
