Robert Adair

General Manager

Rob is a highly respected registered engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the Civil construction industry. Having worked on a diverse range of projects, Rob has the skills expertise and industry contacts to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As General Manager, Rob’s strong leadership skills are used to oversee the delivery of all projects, tendering activities and manage business operations.

Rob’s extensive experience includes, major road and bridge projects, multistage residential, major land slip rehabilitation and large commercial development projects.  Rob’s highly honed skills and innovative problem-solving techniques, enables him to deliver highly successful projects in challenging situations.


Craig Brodrick

Operations Manager

Craig has 29 years’ experience in building road infrastructure in both the private and public sectors.  Project experience includes building roads, bridges, complex interchanges and large scale subdivisions.  With previous experience in managing large plant fleets and human resources Craig is ideally suited to the role of Operations Manager.

Steve Pooler

Safety Compliance Manager

Stephen has more than 36 years of industry knowledge and experience, having worked both in road construction and the engineering sector as a health and safety advisor and consultant.

Stephen is responsible for providing monitoring, advising/coaching and implementing the day to day workplace health, safety measures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff. 


Keegan Laverty

Project Manager

Keegan has 5 years’ experience in various civil construction projects progressing from the project engineer role into project management. Being involved in these projects has established a thorough knowledge of construction standards, workplace health & safety and industry specifications. Keegan’s experience includes both the public and private sectors including the successful delivery of major road construction, major slip rehabilitation, commercial development’s and various public transport infrastructure projects.


Lachlan Beattie

Principal Estimator

Lachlan has been involved in multiple civil construction projects based as a Cost Estimator. These various projects have relied on a thorough knowledge and application of standard drawings and specifications. In addition, Lachlan is skilled in the use of Estimating Software, such as Expert Estimation, Mudshark, and Adobe Acrobat. Lachlan is also skilled in the preparation and submission of high quality tenders and associated documentation, from private sector construction projects through to large-scale local, state, and Australian Government projects.

Chris Gray

Project Manager

Chris is a civil engineer that carries more than 6 years’ experience in various civil construction, design and contract administration roles in the building and transport industries. His exposure across these roles has led to the development of critical skill-sets and the ability to manage projects from design through to construction, with a key focus of managing the client’s expectations throughout.  He has an extensive knowledge of design concepts, construction practices, technical standards and specifications, working in both the public and private sectors.
