ROBERT ADAIR
Rob is a Registered Professional Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the civil construction industry. Project experience includes major road and bridge projects, multi-stage residential developments, landslip rehabilitation and large-scale commercial projects.
As General Manager, Rob oversees project delivery, tendering activities and business operations, drawing on his extensive technical knowledge, industry experience and practical approach to problem-solving and project delivery.

Craig has 30 years’ experience in building road infrastructure in both the private and public sectors. Project experience includes building roads, bridges, complex interchanges and large scale subdivisions. With previous experience in managing large plant fleets and human resources Craig is ideally suited to the role of Operations Manager.

Yasmin is a dynamic and results-driven leader with over 15 years’ experience across Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Human Resources. Her diverse industry experience spans civil construction, mining, oil and gas, health and human services, retail and manufacturing. At GRC Civil, Yasmin leads the strategic direction for HSEQ and HR, driving safety, compliance, workforce engagement and continuous business improvement.

Keegan has 10 years’ experience across a diverse range of civil construction projects, progressing from Project Engineer into Project Management. His experience across both public and private sectors includes major road construction, landslip rehabilitation, commercial developments and public transport infrastructure. Keegan brings a thorough knowledge of construction standards, workplace health and safety, industry specifications and project delivery, supporting successful outcomes for clients.

James is a skilled Civil Engineer with over 5 years’ experience in the civil construction industry, delivering projects for State and Local Governments, developers, private clients and commercial builders. His experience spans road infrastructure, major highways, complex intersections and landslide rehabilitation. James specialises in quality assurance, subcontractor management and project planning, bringing strong technical knowledge, communication and collaboration to successful project delivery.

Nathan is a degree-qualified Civil Construction Project Manager with over seven years’ experience delivering complex civil infrastructure projects on time and within budget, often in challenging environments. His experience includes projects for the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Brisbane City Council, Logan City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council and major public and private organisations. Nathan brings strong project management skills and a commitment to quality outcomes.

His experience includes coordinating day-to-day site operations, subcontractors and stakeholders while ensuring works meet strict quality, safety and TMR requirements. Jared is a Civil Engineer with over four years’ experience in the civil construction industry, working across estimating and project engineering roles and delivering complex tenders for public and private sector projects. His experience includes developing traffic staging and tender programs to achieve time and cost efficiencies on infrastructure projects. Jared brings strong knowledge of technical construction standards, drawings and specifications for local and state governments.

Shaun has over 23 years’ experience in the civil construction industry, including 18 years as a Civil Supervisor, delivering road infrastructure, landslide stabilisation and major highway projects. He holds a Diploma of Civil Engineering, with qualifications in Traffic Management Implementation and Erosion & Sediment Control. Shaun brings strong technical knowledge, quality assurance expertise and a hands-on approach to coordinating teams and delivering safe, efficient and high-quality outcomes.

Marty is a skilled Civil Construction Supervisor with 10 years’ experience in the civil industry and a strong foundation as a carpenter by trade. He specialises in structural construction and road infrastructure, delivering high-quality outcomes across public and private sector projects. Marty holds a Certificate IV in Civil Supervision and Building & Construction, along with qualifications in Traffic Management Implementation and Erosion & Sediment Control.

As a long-standing member of the GRC Civil team, Jesse has developed strong leadership, communication and supervisory skills, mentoring workers and Leading Hands throughout his career. His ability to effectively coordinate teams and manage project components of varying scale, combined with his practical approach and industry knowledge, consistently contributes to successful project delivery.

Luke has over 10 years’ experience delivering successful civil construction projects across a broad range of infrastructure works, including bridges, intersection upgrades, bus stops, road widening and bulk earthworks. Since joining the GRC Civil team, Luke has quickly demonstrated his strong practical knowledge, work ethic and ability to contribute effectively across project teams, establishing himself as a valued and growing member of the GRC family.

Gavin is an experienced Civil Supervisor with 15 years at GRC Civil, having progressed from a General Labourer through to his current supervisory role. He has extensive experience delivering successful civil infrastructure projects across a variety of disciplines and brings strong practical knowledge to every project. Gavin’s effective communication and ability to coordinate teams at all levels have been key to his success and make him a valued member of the GRC Civil team.

Callum is a Contracts and Quality Administrator with over four years’ experience across construction projects valued up to $10 million. His project experience includes intersection upgrades, culvert packages, pipelines, dams and mining infrastructure. With a background in finance and accounting, Callum brings strong process management skills across quality assurance, cost control and commercial administration, supporting efficient project delivery and maintaining high standards across GRC Civil projects.

Jake Murnane
Jake brings over seven years’ experience across civil and road construction, including four years dedicated to Health, Safety and Environment. Having worked as an operator, Leading Hand and HSE Advisor, Jake brings a practical understanding of site operations and risk management. He manages day-to-day HSE requirements across GRC Civil projects, working closely with crews to identify risks, maintain compliance and deliver positive safety outcomes.

Dan is an experienced Surveyor with over 24 years’ experience delivering engineering and construction surveying projects. He spent 24 years with Hutch Engineering Surveys, including 16 years as a Field Party Lead Surveyor, before joining GRC Civil full-time. Dan brings extensive practical knowledge and leadership to every project and is a Certified Engineering Surveyor and proud member of Surveyors Australia.
