Our accreditations

GRC delivered a good quality product for TMR in challenging conditions ahead of program and with little issues. NCRs were minor and GRC were proactive in addressing issues raised by the Administrator’s team. GRC’s safety and environmental management were heavily audited by multiple parties with great outcomes, finding GRC had good systems in place and were implementing them correctly.
The entire project was challenging given the generic nature of the DRFA designs and the challenging sites from a traffic and geographic perspective. GRC attended initial site inspections with the Administrator’s team to determine scope and identify construction and traffic issues that could be addressed before starting on the site. Many sites had to be redesigned due to this process and GRC Civil displayed a collaborative approach to managing this through flexibility and communication. Together we were able to keep the project on track from a program perspective by moving to other sites while appropriate redesigns were obtained.

GRC showed a high level of communication and responsiveness by identifying issues early and
working with the Administrator to find the best solution from a time and cost perspective. GRC
provided regular reports and program updates to keep the client informed of the project status and variations and EOTs were resolved quickly to give surety of the project’s commercial status.

The project was highly complex and difficult to Administer and the GRC Civil team were a pleasure to work with and shared the same goal to work collaboratively to achieve the best for project outcome.

King’s Christian College engaged GRC Civil to deliver a signalised intersection upgrade at our Pimpama Campus to improve traffic safety and access for our school community. The
project was critical to be completed within the limited window of the Christmas school holiday period to avoid disruption to students, parents and staff.
GRC Civil demonstrated excellent planning, flexibility and professionalism throughout delivery. Despite unexpected changes in ground conditions and evolving City of Gold Coast
design requirements, GRC Civil completed all works on time and within budget. The project was delivered to a high standard of quality and was fully operational for the first day of Term 1, 2025, providing our families with a safer and more efficient intersection from day one of the school year.
