Bunnings Kingaroy
Construction of the new Bunnings Warehouse in Kingaroy. Works included internal earthworks, stormwater drainage, construction of the car parks and building pad. Works also included construction of the deceleration lane for the entrance and resurfacing of the intersection under TMR jurisdiction.
Morayfield Bus Station
Upgrade of Morayfield Bus Station at Morayfield Shopping Centre, works included demolition and reconstruction of the entire station, drainage upgrade, structural footings, new pavement construction and construction of architectural station all while keeping the existing public transport operational throughout construction.
Upper Coomera Service Station

Deception Bay Bus Station
The Deception Bay Bus Station, spanning over 80 meters is located along Bay Avenue outside of the local Market Square. A variety of works were completed including pavement and stormwater drainage, landscaping, pavement works and bus station installation including relevant electrical works.
Enoggera Bowls Club
GRC Civil engaged in works for the construction of civil services, roadworks and bulk earthworks for the Enoggera Bowls Club redevelopment. The internal works saw GRC complete extensive bulk earthworks and stormwater drainage while the externals saw GRC working with Brisbane City Council for the construction of the pavement, stormwater drainage structures and concrete works.
Toowoomba Grand Central
GRC Civil successfully completed the design and construction of the Toowoomba Grand Central redevelopment. The works consisted of substantial electrical and road works, ranging from the installation of traffic signals to the reinstatement of pavements and nearly 2km of kerb and channel with the project coming to just over $5.6 million in value.
Scarborough Road Rehabilitation
In the busy coastal suburb of Scarborough, GRC Civil completed extensive road rehabilitation works, utilising 3,500 tonnes of asphalt over 650 meters. Working closely with the Moreton Bay Regional Council, the project was completed efficiently during live traffic conditions.
Pacific Motorway VMS Refurbishment
As the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games approached, the Department of Transport and Main Roads contracted GRC Civil to replace variable message signs along the Pacific Motorway. The works consisted of installation of new VMS signs and gantry at eight locations, with modifications required to the foundation at three of the sites.
